This article shows that the reason the unemployment rate is still double digits is because the lack of skilled workers. According to Alssid in the article he says "We do hear employers complain that younger workers fresh often lack a practical understanding of how to apply what they have learned in their classroom to the workplace," after I read this i believe that after taking ethos I will not be one of those younger workers who don't do what they are supposed to do and that i will be a worker who is responsible and hard working entrepreneur.
